At Aptus Shpofitting Ltd we have always recognised our responsibility as contractors for ensuring the highest levels of service as well as health and safety for our employees. We ensure that regardless of our working environment, it is safe, clean and organised whilst insisting the same of our contractors and any other visitors to the site.

We have developed and progressed both our health and safety & environmental policies over time, constantly making improvements and alterations as experience teaches us how we can improve our systems.

All Aptus site staff and any subcontractors that we instruct hold CSCS status within their respective trades and are kept well informed with changes and developments in HS&E via our regular toolbox talks and operating policies & procedures.

Carbon Footprint -

It is our policy as a company to reduce our environmental impact wherever possible. Carbon reducing measures form an integral part of the overall company strategy, helping to improve both operational performance and a reduction in potentially harmful emissions. To achieve this we:

• Endeavour to comply with all current legislation, strive to meet or better legislative targets and minimise waste, promote recycling, and the use of recycled products to help reduce the burden on landfill
• Continue to promote, design and build energy efficient environments, and therefore carbon reducing systems and equipment, on behalf of clients
• Promote environmental awareness and responsibility amongst employees and others, and seek, where practicable, to continuously improve our standards
